Alistair Rumball, the management and Directors of the Irish National Sailing and Powerboat School have spent 38 years successfully developing the school and club in Dun Laoghaire Harbour.

Being a family enterprise ROBUST debate is common place!!!! No difference in the Harbour plans for the cruise business/opportunity. Our operation will have to be adapted to a new environment, we relish the challenge!!!!!! The ney sayers said the Marina would ruin the Harbour!!! I have said many times that we need 52 week marine activity in the harbour. Keep the debate going, remember somebody has to keep the lights on?? All associates, clients, staff and members can be assured that sailing from the INSS will continue and expand under the Rumball family guidance.

Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company is running a public consultation on the proposed cruise berth. Further information is available on the Dun Laoghaire Harbour Company website, at this link: http://dlharbour.ie/projects/cruise-berth-consultation/
