Items to Bring Each Day
Make sure to bring along the following each day:
- Packed Lunch
- Bottled Water
- Wooly Hat & Suncream
- Spare Change of Clothes
- Old Runners to wear in the boat
- Wetsuit (Can be hired from INSS)
- Lifejacket (Can be hired from INSS)
- Towel, Shampoo & Shower Gear
- Plenty of Warm Layers
- Swimming Togs & Waterproof Jacket
Please Leave at Home:
Any valuables including: Mobile Phone, Ipod, Digital Camera, Wallet. We cannot accept responsibility for mislaid items and consequently must advise that they are left safe at home.
As with Primary and Secondary Schools, Mobile Phones are strictly forbidden, and should be left at home, or left in a student's bag turned off. Students found using phones will have them confiscated immediately. Phones do not mix well with seawater. The INSS will in no way be responsible for lost or stolen Mobile Phones or Mobile Phones damaged due to immersion in seawater.
